Spain Entrepreneur Visa
The Spain Entrepreneur Visa is designed for foreign nationals who wish to establish or manage an innovative business of significant economic interest in Spain. This visa also allows eligible family members (spouse/partner, dependent children, and dependent parents) to accompany the applicant.
Key Requirements:
- Completed Visa Application Form
- Valid Passport (minimum 1-year validity, 2 blank pages)
- Recent Passport-Size Photograph
- Favorable Project Report from ENISA
- Proof of Financial Means (meeting IPREM thresholds)
- Criminal Record Check (with Hague Apostille & Spanish translation)
- Valid Health Insurance (public or private, valid in Spain)
- Proof of Legal Residence in the consular district
- Visa Fee Payment
