SPAIN NON- LUCRATIVE VISA (NLV)
Visa to reside in Spain without carrying out any gainful activity and relying on passive income, provided that the applicant has sufficient means to live on. This visa does not constitute a work permit.
The following family members may also obtain the visa:
- The spouse or unmarried partner.
- Dependent children and Parents.
To qualify for a Non-Lucrative Visa, you must demonstrate a net worth of at least €28,000 for a single applicant.
- Be at least 18+
- Evidence of sufficient financial
- No Criminal
- Not be in Spain with irregular immigration
Visa Duration and Renewal:
- The initial visa is granted for 3 months which is further extended to 1 year.
- It can be renewed for an additional 4 years.
- After 5 years of residency, you become eligible for Permanent Residency.

- A minimum stay of 6 months per year is required to maintain the visa (Alternative or consecutive)
