The Spain Student Visa allows non-EU nationals to study, train, or undertake academic activities in Spain for more than 90 days. Applicants must have an acceptance letter from a Spanish educational institution, sufficient funds, valid health insurance, and supporting documents including a police clearance and medical certificate.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be at least 18+
- Provide evidence of a legally recognized marriage (translated and legalized)
- Show proof of sufficient financial resources from the Spanish spouse
- Have no criminal record
- Not be in Spain with irregular immigration status
- Provide proof of adequate accommodation in Spain
