The Spain Family Reunification Visa allows non-EU legal residents in Spain to bring close family members to live with them in Spain. Note: This visa is not for family members of EU/EEA/Swiss citizens.
Eligible Family Members:
- Spouse or registered partner (not separated)
- Children under 18, or over 18 if disabled and dependent
- Parents (of the resident or their spouse/partner), if 65+ and financially dependent (Exceptions for those under 65 for humanitarian reasons)
Basic Requirements:
- Authorization for family reunification issued in Spain by the resident
- Valid passport, proof of relationship, criminal record check (with Apostille), medical certificate, proof of financial dependency (for parents), and visa fee payment
